Arrive in Indonesia, extra Security in Jakarta

Barrack Obama and Michelle Obama, the president and first lady of the United States of America arrived today in Indonesia with presidential airplane Air Force One, VC-225.

He will visit Indonesia for two day as part of nine day visits in Asia. His visit intention this is to tie up economic for both countries in the future, engaging with the moslem in establishing strategic relationship.

US see Indonesia as a potential economic relationship in near future by considering China as giant in economic threat. Obama want to encouraging Indonesia democracy and free trade. Fighting terrorism, corruption, education, investment, counter terrorism, and climate shift are among the agenda of his visit this time.

Obama himself has ever lived in Indonesia for four years with her mother in Menteng, Jakarta Pusat before moving to America. He is barely call as 'Barry'.

Obama will make speech in front of thousand moslem tommorow at istiqal mosque. He also said that US will donate for Mt. Merapi victims and destroy infrastructure. Security personel and perimeter has been tighten up.

He and his wife have been invited to dinner together with Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the National palace tonight. In the dinner which start about 7 pm. Former Indonesia president, Megawati Soekarnoputri and Taufik Kiemas were also invited to attend the dinner. Obama dinner menu was special selected for him since he has ever lived in Indonesia such as fried rice, rambutan and bakso. Look very simple but this is his favorite food when he lives here in Indonesia.

Obama and her wife was stay in Hotel Shangrilla, Jakarta tonight.

According to white house statement earlier that his and her wife visited in Indonesia can be cut shortly if the volcanic ash change direction and enclosing Jakarta Airspace. Few days ago, feared spark over his visited to Indonesia could cancel again due to volcanic ash. The VC-225 Air Force One was feared unable to land at Halim Perdana Kusuma Air Force Base.

But his arrival could give some new climate to Indonesa in several aspects in the future.
