Turkish, Skyblu - ThyssenKrupp Marine is famous in producing heavy machine and utility for sea need. The firm on July 7th this year stated that they received ordered for 6 submarine type (Unterboat)U-214 for the Republic of Turkish Navy. The total transaction agreement between Turkish government and the firm reached EUROS 2 billion on July 2nd 2011. ThyssenKrupp Marine itself is firm based in Germany.
Thyssen confirmed the order, meaning the firm will hire more staff and technicians both from Germany and Turkey. The contract last in ten years.HDW/Hellenic shipyard in Kiel will supply the workers and facility to began production phase.
Thyssen was also received ordered from Greek navy to built 2 same type submarine. The Greek armed forces pay in outstanding debt. Hellenic shipyard is owned by Turkey which combination from 2 maritime based firm ie. Blohm and Voss NAval GmbH on Hamburg and Emden. The Company earlier name is MEKO. Five hundered workers have been employed working in the naval shipyard.
Four ship of F125 program has also been granted to the firm for production.
